1 General Information
1.1 These terms and conditions of purchase (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made
through the website www.ventanaszoom.es (the “Site”).

2 Placing orders
Orders may be placed by adults (over 18 years of age) with full legal capacity
in accordance with Spanish law. In the case of purchases by companies, the person placing the order must have
authorization.

3 Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details of your order.
This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of a binding sales contract.

4 Prices and product information
4.1 All prices include VAT applicable in Spain. Shipping costs and

6 Delivery
6.1 We ship throughout the United States (except some islands). Delivery costs and options
are shown when placing the order.
6.2 For orders consisting of different product series, partial deliveries are possible -
at no additional cost.
6.3 For non-standard orders, the delivery time is calculated from the approval of the
final specifications.
6.4 Delivery costs and any surcharges are clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery is provided
on pallets to the edge of the property or the nearest possible location.

7 Termination of the contract
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the
product, in accordance with Articles 102 et seq. of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users
(RDL 1/2007).
7.2 Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are individually made
or clearly personalized.
7.3 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, your refund will be processed within
14 days from the date you informed us of your decision, provided that we have received the products in perfect condition.

8 Complaints and liability

faulty installation by third parties, or indirect losses.

9 Warranty
The selected products are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, as specified in the product description.
The warranty does not limit your rights under the statutory warranty provisions.

10 Applicable law and dispute resolution
10.1 The Contract and these General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, in particular by RDL 1/2007 on
Consumer Protection.
