Shipping and delivery

In the case of pallets, a paved road(asphalt/concrete) is required—the absence of this means that unloading is not possible. In this case,the customer must arrange transport themselves or order a new delivery - at an additional cost.
Products wider or taller than 2280 mm are delivered by truck without unloading - the customer provides theequipment and unloading.Ventanas Zoom does not offer lifting services. Delivery includes the property boundary. Lifting is possiblewith a crane - at an additional cost, subject to prior agreement.During unloading, a receipt check must be carried out and acceptance signed - see section“Receipt check”.We do not deliver to islands without ferry connections. We deliver to the nearest port/terminalport/terminal.
