The warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects, provided that the product is installed correctly and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

These warranties apply in accordance with Spanish law Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer and user protection (Articles 114-123), which establishes a minimum period of 3 years for the seller's liability for lack of conformity of the goods.

PVC windows

10 years - for construction and joints (frames, profiles, welds)
10 years - for condensation between glazing units
30 years - color fastness in white profiles (standard)
10 years - color fastness in laminated colored profiles

Aluminum windows

10 years - for stability and functionality of the construction
5 years - for durability of paint/anodized coating
10 years - for condensation between glazing units
Important:

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, incorrect installation, use of chemicals, abnormal weather conditions, or lack of maintenance.
Claims must be made as soon as a defect is discovered.
The manufacturer's warranty does not exclude or limit the consumer's legal rights under RDL 1/2007 (3 years of legal protection from the date of delivery).
