Claim conditions

Our goal is to always deliver high-quality products on time, at the best price, and with minimal risk of errors. If a problem does arise, we are committed to resolving it quickly and efficiently.
If a product is defective, you have the right to file a claim within three years of delivery of the product (liability period). The claim must be filed within a reasonable time after the defect should have been detected. The right to claim expires no later than two months after the expiration of the three-year liability period.

Once we have received the advertised product and confirmed the validity of the claim, we will refund you in accordance with applicable Spanish law (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
If the claim is unfounded, we have the right to charge an administrative fee corresponding to the costs of processing, transport, or a service technician visit.
